I feel just as much sorrow at Sussman’s passing as I did when Cronkite died.

Someone in the FBI is yelling into a phone, “Dammit, that was the wrong Sussman!”

Hillary’s fault. “Suicide hotline? I’d like to make a reservation for Sussman, please.” Could happen to anybody.

I never mourn the death of communists. They are self-serving scum.

Any relation to the FBI patsy at Perkins Coie who gave the FBI cheap cover to start spying on Trump?
They’re both Washington DC insider Democrat hacks doing the dirty work of the FBI - there must be a genetic link.

Millions of innocent Indochinese died as a result of these slugs forcing Nixon out of office to get a story . . . all because Mark Felt (a/k/a "Deep Throat") was p*$$ed off about being passed over for a promotion.
Yeah, I know Nixon was a crook and a scoundrel just as I know JFK was a cheating serial horned toad. But both were basically men who loved their country more than they did the deep state and that is why they were destroyed, not because of the aforementioned faults.

Compared to today’s politicians Nixon was a boy scout.

Oh h3ll yes! There is noting he did during Watergate that even compared to what has gone on since ObaMao’s minions were in office. We’re talking petty shoplifting versus highly organized crime.

Yep. And Hillary Clinton was an attorney on one of the committees investigating Watergate and she wanted to deny Nixon legal council, or something along those lines. Clinton got fired for unethical behavior.
LBJ was really a crooked, filthy bastard. The list is endless.

I know you can’t tell by my post how much sorrow I felt when Cronkite went!
I feel the same way.

Wasn’t there a lawyer joke years ago “What do you call a dead lawyer? A good start.”
That’s how I feel about the treacherous media now.

I looked up the cast for All The President's Men, but I cannot find any actor playing the role of WaPo editor Barry Sussman.
Jack Warden and Martin Balsam played WaPo editors, but neither of them played Sussman.
Jason Robards played Executive Editor Ben Bradlee. Robards won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1976 for that role.

The recently exonerated Sussmann spells it with two N’s and pronounces it like Mahn, not like Man.
