Could very well be. They sure seem to have a plan now

Not at all. The Russians followed the same plan all the time — slowly annihilate Ukrainian army, at the rate of a few hundred a day and without any risky advances that would lead to their excessive losses.

and it should not be a surprise progressive decimation of Uke forces will make them unable to fight.

Extrapolating the trend we should see interesting events ahead... massive desertion, fragging, rebellion and formation of armed gangs from former Uke army.

The propaganda was thick but we're flying out of it now.

Yes, armed with very sophisticated American weapons which, unlike Afghanistan, will be hard to move quietly from point to point.

“The Kremlin has rejected claims that Russia has blocked grain exports from Ukraine, blaming the west for creating such a situation by imposing sanctions on Russia.”

That makes no sense whatsoever (typical Russian illogic). How do sanctions against Russia GREATE a blockage of grain from Ukraine? What creates that situation is Russia blocking the grain exports. As you said in your post, “... UK’s foreign minister, Liz Truss, accused Vladimir Putin of ‘weaponising’ hunger through Russia’s blockade of Ukrainian grain exports.”

So, the direct cause of the blockage is Russia’s intentional actions to do just that. It is nothing but a ransom shakedown by Russia: Cease the sanctions and we’ll let the grain through.

Using food (or, more explicitly, the withdrawal of food) as a weapon violates all kinds of international law. But, when has Russia EVER been concerned with international law, or any law for that matter?

This is just another in a long list of reasons why Russia is despised by most of the world. Russia isn’t just a gas station masquerading as a country (as the insufferable John McCain said), but is an organized crime syndicate masquerading as a country.

And Russia is what you prop up and hold in such esteem? Says as much about you as it does about Russia.

I’d not be so sure here.

There are daily videos posted by different Ukrainian units, mostly from Donbass, with complains about their situation. The repeated items in them is the complain that they lost so many people that they cannot resist and (!) that they are not armed and forced by their commanders to go against tanks with light weapons only, if any. No mention of sophisticated weapons.

On the other hand, LNR forces demonstrated a large amount of something called Switchblade 600 — either trophies or a purchase, not clear.

More interesting is the today’s trophy (purchase?) shown: a unique Ukrainian production, an armored medical vehicle... this is for a museum, there were only 15 ever made, here:

“Reality is, well, reality, and Zelenskyy needs to face reality or face total destruction.”

But the Young Putineers on this forum assured everyone that Ivan only wanted certain portions of eastern Ukraine and had no intention of seizing all of the Ukraine. What gives comrade?

Of course, and who can blame them, given the punitive sanctions by Biden and his willing Neocons? But I have hope Putin will be more reasonable than NATOs BetaBois. I'm all in his corner for a ham & cheese on rye and a cold Meister Bräu

“Was it legal or illegal for armed militants to unconstitutionally overthrow Democratically elected President Yanukovich in 2014 disenfranchising 50% of Ukraine?”

Stop with the hyperbole. The total population of Ukraine was 41.5 million; the total population of Donbas and the separatist areas was 6.5 million. That’s 15.6%. The “disenfranchisement” came AFTER the separatists had declared their independent people’s republics. (Analogy: In the 1864 US presidential election no electoral votes were counted from any of the eleven southern states that had joined the Confederate States of America.)

You have made that patently obvious since the very beginning. The question is, Why?

Just because he destroys everything else, doesn't mean he intends to occupy it. I'm not so young, nor am I a Putineer. I'm a realist who knew all along, that even with NATO help Putin would win this conflict in the end.

I also realized that the U.S. attempts to oust Putin was an exercise of folly. We have only managed to cause further destruction in our country and have only made the lives of Ukrainians much worse as well.

It should have involved more aggressive actions to keep Putin from following through with his special operation. With talks to resolve the issues, not create a wider conflict. However, that was not the goal here, and with a leader like Biden, I am surprised the EU & UK yet again, followed into yet another folly.

They are all so confident that the New World Order will arise and take control, I guess.

Enough already. Yanukovich was removed by a vote of the Ukrainian parliament. In the meantime there have be two presidential elections. The political problem of Donbas could have been resolved if it were not for the armed intervention of the Russians.

“disenfranchisement”

The word you're looking for is "denazification"

——Putin would win this conflict in the end.-———

Putin is now winning battles and territory while Mother Russia is dying from lack of economic medical care. She just can’t obtain what she needs to remain healthy

Much of the world has turned against Russia. She will not be able to function internationally.

As it turns out there is no better ally of Putin’s denazification and demilitarization program than President Zelensky. ‘No retreat, stay and die and if you try to surrender we will shoot you in the back. And if you desert you will go on trial and be executed’. Their troops are being turned into dog meat.

You have nazis on the brain. At the very least, that’s called obsession. But, it could be worse: It could be fixation, which is neurotic and pathological.
