Don’t care. If someone says something that is pro-freedom, I’ll take it. Doesn’t mean we are besties or soulmates.

Both Bill Maher and Piers Morgan seem to be on identical tracks, mildly flirting with common sense at times. Same agent???

Who said he was? The important thing is that leftists listen to him. Some of those leftists might need to hear a popular voice in opposition to the current cult in order to stop blindly following the herd.

Does he espouse any other conservative ideas? Not that I know of, but that doesn’t negate the very few things he’s right about.

They’ll keep him on if he gets ratings.

“Why would I want to go to a Bill Maher standup routine?”

Save yourself a few bucks and go rent his 80s movie “Pizza Guy”.

Not that you would get any more laughs, but you would save a few bucks.

“I hope she will eventually change her party affiliation and become a conservative.”

Just about every one of her stated positions is mainstream liberal.

Maher is a flaming leftist who says something smart every now and then.

Kind of like Piers Morgan.

Don't be fooled by the Whore of Babylon. Gabbard is a Jezebel with a smooth tongue.

>> Like blue-state emigrants who resettle in red states to escape their decaying governance and then vote for the same decadent policies, they complain about the ridiculous ends of their own beliefs while refusing to reconsider their allegiances. <<

This is a VERY destructive and FALSE notion. Blue-state emigres are, typically, far more likely to vote Republican in general elections, and favor the more conservative candidate in primary elections, than the residents of the states they move in TO. IN fact, white blue-state emigres (the vast majority) are more likely to vote Republican/conservative than the WHITE red-state natives.

Cities like Atlanta, Raleigh and Charlotte aren’t Democrat-dominated because they happen to be destinations for people fleeing blue states, but DESPITE it. It’s the NATIVES who, just like their fellow urbanites from the North, are so damned liberal. With several notable exceptions (Vermont, Massachusetts, etc.), cities are blue and countrysides are red. Some conservatives move away from inner-city cores to escape liberalism, other move from one state to another. Imagining every Northerner you see in the South or Midwest as an enemy will do to blue-state emigres what the liberals did to Elon Musk.

Gabbard was probably the most sensible of the Democrat candidates, and there was a large gap between her and Williamson, and the rest of the field. That said, she is definitely a liberal - just not an anti-American leftist. She speaks primarily to common-ground subjects on Fox, but go outside of those subjects - as she sometimes touches briefly - and it becomes clear there is still a large gulf between her views and conservatives.
