I just met an older couple today. They both had covid early on, and the husband (with dementia) had to be put in a nursing home type place to get “treated”.

Somehow the wife was able to get him out of there. He had a diaper on that looked like it hadn’t been changed in days. He hadn’t eaten for several days (in the car he asked if they could stop to eat - but no place was open!)

The following day some relative that didn’t know he was out called the nursing home to ask about him.

“Oh yes. Mr. Johnson is doing just fine, but we’re not sure when he’ll be well enough to go home.”

Pretty scary. It isn’t just the Chinese that are shoving the elderly into a warehouse and shutting the door.

I hope that we have another Chinese revolution, with the Chicoms getting it in the neck from their subjects, who have suffered enough.

A majority of the Chinese already have the government they deserve. If they overthrew the current socialist regime today, they'd vote in a new socialist regime tomorrow. They got their "free healthcare!", which amounts to 3 minutes doctor time after waiting 10 hours in the queue. There is little demand for freedom in China. Regime change is absolutely pointless. The outsider west calling for "democracy", which doesn't exist anywhere, is interpreted directly by the CCP as an outsider "regime change" attack.

The globalist elite are trying to lead us again into the valley of death, for slaughter. If you don't like the CCP, don't buy their communist impoverished workers junk. Have no sympathy for the Chinese people that don't try to leave. They have what they want.

No, but from the plot summary and the trailer, it’s nothing that hasn’t been done before.

That’s what happens when you outsource all your electronics to an enemy.

It’s not a ‘great’ movie, but better than many b-rated flicks I’ve seen over the years, and even some so-called “blockbusters” with big $$ behind them. IMHO, it ranks with The Day After.

I think it hits the nail on the head in almost all ways and worth the watch. Free on Prime. fwiw

“Does the Chinese government know something we don’t know?”

I keep wondering that, does the man-made virus or vaccine have some future mutation in it that will have higher death toll than current variants.

Can a man-made virus / vaccine be created to have predictable future mutations?

You do not lockdown and destroy your Country’s Economy for a virus that has less than 1% death rate unless there is something more not known to the general public.
