XXII is a very short article:
Section 1
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.Section 2
This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.

I had that exact thought this morning. That the obvious choice would be obozo and that it would happen because the demons aren’t bound anymore by law custom or decency. A reasonable person in a reasonable land would dismiss an obozo installation but we aren’t even remotely a reasonable land anymore.
I saw this and ALMOST felt sorry for a demented old man.
Then I remembered what he/they have done to our country.
In the meantime obozo will continue to be the shadow President.

At first it’s amusing, then you feel sad, then you realize he is pathetic and then you are overcome with fear that he is President.

That’s how I read the 22nd Amendment.
John Roberts will figure out a way to parse the 22nd Amendment to allow Obama to become president again if it comes down to that. If he has to, he’ll create a legal fiction just as he did to save Obamacare.
It was a pathetic sight, Biden trying to get Barack’s attention last night and being totally ignored. Pathetic, and if I didn’t stop to recall how corrupt Biden is, I’d feel sorry for the guy.
