I’d prefer to watch Vikings again.

“Amazon Prime had cut that piece of her rant out of the episode. So, I’m not sure anyone who would be watching that now, will actually see her bare boobs”

Wow! I think my greatest concern was that her display would open the door for bare boobs all over television.

I had a similar concern about the use of the f-word but guess that’s still going strong.

We watched all seasons, when they originally aired.

As a Joan Rivers fan, I enjoyed the similarities. The (first few season’s) writing, the sets and the costumes were all fantastic....with the exception of the gay storyline added in (Shy Baldwin).

Fast forward to this latest season...and.....meh. It’s as if the writers took a hiatus and sent someone to fill in. It’s getting lukewarm reviews, on Amazon, I noticed.

We watched episode 3, last night (they released it, early)....it was slightly better than the first two.

The burlesque scenes are another example of the writers trying to hard, and seemed purposeless, as did a couple of the other added storylines. And, of course they bring back the Lenny Bruce character. George Castanza even has a bit part, in this latest episode.

I’m thinking Midge could play Joel’s club, to much bigger reviews :-)

It’s a pleasant reminder of how nice folks would dress....even to go shopping, to dinner, church/synagogue, etc.

Isn't that what Valerie Perrine did on PBS in the 1970s and Virginia Madsen did in the 1980s on HBO?

open the door for bare boobs all over television.

This show is on the streaming service, Amazon Prime. I'm not sure if that has the same "rules" as regular tv programs.
