Well, take what he said earlier and he is right - a virus is better at reaching people than so-called vaccination.
We are going to need “Loss of Function” labs, to work on whatever the ChiComs decide to attack the world with, next. A virus weapon can be isolated and then bred selectively for great transmissibility and non-lethality in the lab. When a suitable decedent is created, it can be released to safely infect and immunize people. This should be the natural evolutionary tendency of a virus, and may be greatly accelerated in a lab.
Or, you can just go do what Bill does and try to sterilize Africans.
He’s correct. We can do better next time by listening to people who have lifelong careers in fighting illness and disease, instead of listening to a guy who founded a software company and then one day decided he was the go-to guy on disease control.
