Are these people “Mounties”? or local entities?
We need to fast forward through every Graham interview.
Things are murky over there but I was under the impression that they had been granted autonomy by the Ukraine. Basically they are and independent autonomous region. The population is mainly Russian so I’m pretty sure the Ukraine does really want them anyway.
