Here’s where Youngkin (the crypto-RINO) shows his spots. When the court rules against him (as is inevitable) he’ll say: “What more can I do? The courts have ruled”.
What he should have done is send in the state troopers to escort non-compliant students to class and watch over them. If the troopers would not do it activate the National Guard.
We on the right need to realize that every branch of government has been captured by the left. When we have the levers of power, we should use them ruthlessly. The left does.
The Governor should cut off all state aid to the school district.
It doesn’t work that way, when students are in schools following policies as mandated by blue states.
It’s easy for those without teens or kids in school to just say “stop complying.” The kids and teens in school are at the mercy of the administration there, and kids don’t like to be ostracized and removed and suspended and expelled.
They don’t have the options adults do.

They can show up early and picket the schools outside before they enter. That’s legal, and it would send a great message.

Not really parents have authority over they kids. Schools believe they do. I wonder if any state legislators have ever passed any law stating such school authority

Some have done so. During the shutdown, with remote school, some kids showed up on campus and logged in to do their “virtual schooling” remotely. It’s all so heartbreaking.
Have state troopers arrest anyone manhandling children and the Security will stop following illegal orders from school administrators!
Interesting, so let me get this straight... we are told repeatedly to call out to the Lord in prayer, appealing to him through his Holy Son Jesus the Christ, for aid when sick, down, under attack, et al.
Why?????
And while we pray, do we just sit on out fat duffs and do nothing???? Or until our Lord comes to our aid will we do all we can to fix our problem?
I believe He helps those who will do all they can for themselves while praying that He will aid their efforts along the way.
Ergo, G_d helps those who help themselves!
I would suggest reading James 1:5-6 (kjv) which tells us to not just pray, but to PRAY...
“5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
“6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.”

The new governor can use the National Guard to remove those school administrators AND the non-conforming school security people.
Here is info about suing schoolboard members through their bonds. The idea in this linked thread could work against elected and appointed officials, and not just schools.
All elected and appointed officials must have a bond. If they are found to have acted illegally through malfeasance or misfeance, the insurance will pay, then drop the bad politician. No other company will insure them leaving them unemployable in that position.
