How “dumb” is it if it brings in truckloads of government (taxpayer) money for further study?

The only thing missing is a connection with climate change.

Without diving much deeper into this subject, I was originally prescribed 1 mg. x 4 per day. That lasted about 36 hours intil I went full zombie and my doc and I tweaked it one-on-one to get the dosage correct. As with any sort of CDS, it can be dicey at first. I refill mine only when I get a notice, but I do keep a stash of them, just in case.

Thanks. He'll be OK. Right now he's halfway through, more or less, weaning off it. Some doctors are better than others. My uncle's was cavalier when it came to prescribing Lorazepam.

My uncle gets spells of anxiety here and there. Always has and probably always will. He never took anything for it through the years and it would fade away on its own. When he finally told his doctor about it he was given the benzo.

Yes, it worked well to kill the anxiety and chill him out. He dug how it made him feel so he began hitting it nearly every day. He tried dropping it cold turkey after a month because it was starting to make him feel "weird" and he was getting a negative "male issue" from it too. And that's when the problems began.

Wow - no wonder you went full zombie! Good idea to have a stash of them, though.
