It got so bad they had to change the name of Portland to PortaPotti. Chicago has been Chiraq for a long time. No fixing or saving it. If you look under the scum growing in a toilet you will find DC. Another gone city. Philly is just flat out gone due to corruption. It has been this way so long it’s normalized and just a way of life there.
