If he’s 26, he was likely born in 1995, and wouldn’t have been 18 until 2013, which means he probably missed being able to vote for Obama both times. In many of the most populous urban (*cough* corrupt) districts around the country, 90 percent of black voters would indeed still vote Democrat--regardless of whether they had personally voted at all.

Given that message is repeated by the Democrat Party Cabal on an around-the-clock basis for years, decades, it's practically impossible for black Americans to think any other way. That explains why 94% of black Americans, on average, have voted for the Democrat Presidential candidate during the three most recent elections. Of course, that 94% is unknowingly voting directly against their own self-interest as well as against the well-being of the entire country. But Democrat politicians still keep getting "elected" in droves ... because of the endless brainwashing.

Also, plenty of voters had high hopes for Biden when they’d seen enough to know better. It wasn’t hard for some low information voters to convince themselves that the less well-known Harris might have something going for her. That is another mistake people often make about politicians.
