This judge is too cowardly to dismiss all charges. But he could accomplish his goal by dismissing all the LESSER charges, saying that the jury should have been sequestered, saying that the MSM needs to be reigned in, saying that there was prosecutorial misconduct, issuing arrest warrants for the most egregious of protesters issuing threats, and even saying that president Biden should withdraw his tweet about Kyle being a white supremacist. Then wash his hands of the whole thing, let the issues be some other judge’s problem.
