Yep this is true..I can understand saying that Bannon is in contempt of congress for refusing to testify, that’s fine..but an actual INDICTMENT is totally RIDICULOUS..Eric Holder, Lois Lerner, the list goes on and on they were held in contempt of congress but NOTHING happened to them..NOTHING
So? There are millions of us who hold not only Congress, but the Senate and the pResient in total contempt.
They won’t stop till the whole Trump administration is in jail IMO
He also did NOT show up today!! Congress is a JOKE drunk on power!!
And US, dont forget US, everyone that voted for Trump..they want us dead or in prison
The statute is self-contained and explanatory. Says not one word about a grand jury. This is a rail-roading.
Now, like Bannon, he's being warned he will will be facing contempt of Congress charges also.

He is guilty - of refusing to cooperate with an illegitimate government enterprise.
Rosa parks was guilty too.
So were the people running underground railraod.
The Uniparty picked Bannon to waterboard first because he has no swamp allies and is abrasive. this will cost him millions in legal fees alone. The process is the punishment.

This won’t stop until millions of voters reject the Dem-GOP duopoly. They need us to stay engaged to keep up the pretense of a functioning democracy. Only when we reject the entire political class and when they fear a 3rd and then 4th party will they will moderate.

The Swamp feels like they are holding all the cards. Who knows if they are right. What checks and balances remain to stop them from doing exactly what they wish?
Bannon was part of the admin for a while.
Makes me wonder if he might have some dirt on people he could use (such as what was really on the Hillary and Hunter laptops).
And not saying a word, so far, about being indicted or having an arrest warrrant issued against him at the instigation of Congress.

I admittedly do not know the answer to this, but did not Trump claim executive privilege on the communications with Bannon as an advisor?
I thought that was the basis for his refusal to appear.
