I posted that here a week ago - that they would let this one go to blunt the growing suspicion about 2020. Especially since McAuliffe is a Clintonista and seen as expendable after his politically damaging remarks about parents. I suspect they are focusing on massive Senate fraud for 2022.

I think they were so confident going into these races they felt they didn’t need to put much effort into cheating.

People in high office have protocol droids. Think 3CPO but without the personality. This is why it is so astounding when she went to the far East and made what one Australian newsman called, “Over the top inappropriate statements.” He went on to say, roughly, she clearly has a uniquely American view of what Vietnam wants. You could see some of the locals listening and they clearly looked startled by her statements.
At least in this instance she was closer to right than she was representing the US overseas.
It isn’t sincere. She is just posturing as as presidential-dignified hoping that Biden croaks and she inherits the position.

Yes, they probably think they are safe now and we will all just assume there is no election fraud or cheating. Personally, I am surprised that they are not waiting until all of the “mail-in” ballots are counted, which I think did not have to be received until Friday. So this makes me more suspicious as to their future plans....

From what I’ve heard is that the Republicans did a wonderful job of staffing the voting areas with lot of poll watchers who weren’t going to just leave because someone told them to.
The GOPe hated Trump and didn’t lift a finger to combat the fraud, even going against him (e.g., the GA leaked phone call). This election they did care.
It wasn’t the GOPe that were manning the polls. It was Trump supporters who were probably motivated through Steve Bannon’s initiative to bolster precinct leadership with MAGA supporters.
