It’s bad enough that teens this age are full of “confusion and wonder and wanting to belong and wanting to “please” a potential “boyfriend,” but the atmosphere and decadent teaching at the school DID NOT HELP.

All teens go through this rough time in their lives, but the ADULTS, TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, PARENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP THEM THROUGH IT. THAT’S WHAT NORMAL PEOPLE DO.

I wish the written material specified what type of "consensual relations" they had previously. Was is penetration, oral sex, or mere fondling?

Nevertheless, the presence of any "person" with a penis in the girl's bathroom provides a private setting for sexual behaviors that violate the purpose of a public school.
