He should add other education changes. They include no more testing to enter Thomas Jefferson High School because too many Asians score well. The eradication of gifted and talented programs and Advanced Placement classes in VA schools should be a focus of the campaign. These are concerns of upper middle class parents.
Oh no they were not. McAuliffe was very clear on what he meant.
