The top 1% earn 21% of the nation’s income yet pay 40% of the income taxes.
Their “fair share” is 21%....that’s the tax they should be paying, not 40%

Proclaim that investment income of all non profits, including Harvard, the Clinton Foundation, etc., will be taxed at the full corporate rate.
