It is interesting how he parses everyone into various groups—black, white, educated, uneducated, Southern, Northern, vaxxed, unvaxxed ...
I am sure, to him, this is like "COVID Sharks With Frickkin' Laser Beams".
He is surely a dumbass. But you can bet money, that the cockroach analogy applies. You get people like him comfortable, and they will explain themselves perfectly, all you have to do is listen.
And he isn't one of the cleverer ones. Those, when they are talking to you, they're working things out. They won't reveal it in a cartoonish "Blowdart them" silly comment, and their actual menace is real and far reaching. As in:
"Heh. Blowdarts. What a concept. No. What we will do is remove the right to get a driver's license or inspection sticker for your car unless you [INSERT DESIRED COMPLIANCE ACTION HERE]. If he is/was a FDA employee, he did not come off as someone high up the leadership ladder within the department.
I support Project Veritas. Video 1 was pretty good. But Video 2 not so much. In fact every time he brought up “Blow Guns” I think he had something else on his mind.
I got the impression of a little Stasi just salivating to crush anyone who did not fall in line or even that he thought might not fall in line.
Not taking people seriously when they say they want to imprison you or force something on you is always a mistake.

However, the second half of the video takes a turn towards something that is not a joke, and is likely what WILL get this guy in trouble.
He starts talking about the cost/benefit analysis and puts a general price on a life at $5 million. I've been in corporate meetings/training classes where people who do this kind of analysis know these things exist but nobody will openly put a price on a life. We all knew the rules for our benefit insurance plans, i.e., how much we would get if we lost a limb on the job, or an eye, or our life. It was in the published plans. But we never used any of this when doing cost/benefit analysis on a project.
But the concerning part about what he said was when talking about the political appointees. He says that the "career scientists" do not think about the monetary cost of losing lives due to the vaccine, but that "the political appointees do." He portrayed the people appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate as craven power grabbers who think only about money first.
Nobody in his right mind would dis the government commissars planted in their organization, even if he thought he was trying to do a good thing by tricking a reporter into publishing something extreme. He's either really stupid, really naïve, or was just drunk and lost his self-censor at the wrong time.
