What I owed was more than my net worth but I paid off my loans. I don’t see using pandemic funds to clear current students debt as being necessarily a bad thing but was that the purpose of the pandemic funding going to the schools?
I am not in favor of canceling student debt and more than I expect my debts to be canceled because I exist.

There are many unnecessarily divisive and racist comments in this thread because HBCU largely serve the Black community. There was a time FR was better than this. Some of the people commenting I thought were better than that. Trump giving multiyear deals to HBCUs instead of making them come with hat in hand yearly was a good thing.
