Never before have people needed to SIT DOWN and have a SERIOUS conversation with their children/heirs about how to avoid this Government Land/Tax Grab!

My Dad wasn’t what you’d consider wealthy, but he made d@mn sure that he and I owned ALL ASSETS jointly, when the time came for me to start taking care of him and managing said assets so he could make a graceful exit.

His father did the same for him.

I have no heirs, and right now Beau inherits all of my assets if I die before he does, BUT if I’m ‘Last Woman Standing’ and have a pile-o-assets thanks to Beau, you can be d@mn sure I’ll turn ‘myself’ and our farm into a Boys Home or a Convent Working Farm before I give one thin dime to these Mother Government PUKES that want to rob me blind!

Plan accordingly, FRiends! For the love of all that’s holy, HAVE that tough conversation with your heirs and PLEASE take care of business while you can.

Ain’t NONE of us getting out of here alive, and the LAST thing we should be doing is enriching THE BEAST that is Mother Government! ;)
