Actually perfect SLAVES, I think prior to the Civil War it was ILLRGAL TO EDUCATE BLACKS IN THE SOUTH!
Now apparently it is not quite illegal but DISCOURAGED TO TEACH BLACKS and other minorities IN THE STATE OF OREGON!
This I am sure pertains particularly to BLACK STUDENTS!
It just completely boggles the mind to think that BLACK PEOPLE ARE PUTING THEMSELVES BACK INTO THE CHAINS OF IGNOANCE and eventually BACK INTO SLAVERY!

You don’t need a diploma to be able to fire a gun and kill someone. That is done 24/7 in many of our blue cities as minorities kill each other for turf or whatever.
Just draft them, give them a couple of weeks of basic training. Then, give them guns/bullets and aim them at the enemy with no rules of battle besides kill or be killed.
