Ben & Jerry’s is owned by Unilever, a British conglomerate (formerly Dutch though I don’t know how or why they moved) that has about $60 billion a year in gross revenues worldwide. I doubt they are going under anytime soon.

Sounds like this is a franchisee who is hurting by corporate HQ decisions. I don’t buy B&J anyway, I never got into their crazily named products.

I can proudly say I’ve never had a Ben & Jerry’s icecream. I figured out their commie goals before they were available in my neck of the woods. Have staunchly refused them every since.

His business has suffered a big blow and there’s not much he can do about it except to sue the corporate organization for changing their branding so awfully as to ruin his livlehood. In this context, offering a donation is insulting, and stupidly insulting. Personally, I don’t GAGS what they do with their ice cream. But when they say, “here, Jooos!, have a nice donation to Israel and STFU,” it becomes personal.
