I have read this composition. I am a ‘boomer’ although the author’s usage of the term, after it was assigned notoriety, is questionable. I notice that within all the folks the author interviewed, there is not one mention within my boomers group, of ONE VETERAN.
I remember the Clinton, and then the Obama campaigns. The dirty business both of their administrations performed.
I was in Southeast Asia during Watergate, so with the biased news, I never paid attention to the whole affair!
It’s fairly good, writing in one or two lines made it an easy read.
Reading this reminds me of Clint Eastwood’s movie about Richard Jewel. It was not promoted by the media because the “press” is not portrayed favorably. His naivete and lack of real world experience, Richard (conservative) believed in law and order, loved his country, and the truth is nothing to be feared ... while the people he trusted were openly working to destroy him. When the reporter who got the ball rolling finally realized she was wrong, she stood in the back, with a tear of remorse, but did afterwards did zero to reveal the truth. Richard finally “got it”, but it was too late (damage was immense). When he told he was no longer the target, the givernment made sure they still believed he was the bomber. That’s what going on with conservatives, and our country. And Trump too, believed our givernment was something that it really wasn’t, isn’t, and most likely no longer can be restored to be - a government for and by the people.
‘We always had the option to do this or that, etc. NOW, we can only do something or NOTHING.’
What they fail to realize is that when the SHTF that there will be a price to be paid. They have no idea if the price. We do.
The great awakening is sure taking its sweet time about it, but then so many things just take whatever time they take.
Trump fans should be happy he lost; it might've kept him alive.

The guy made a pretty good summation of the line of thought, IMHO. What does create a worry for the more intelligent denizens of the swamp is the knowledge that this thinking is among a large swath of the electorate. They aren't scared *yet*, but be sure they're scheming on how to wiggle out of this mess.
It is my opinion that at one point the left will eat all of it’s own and by then it will be too late.
Many doubt the veracity of the 2020 election because of the sheer numbers being reported. 80+ million votes for Biden. A very popular guy, Obama, couldn’t reach that level. More blacks voted for Trump than ever before. Biden still can’t attract a crowd to a speech and Trump has overflow.
It is just plain nonsensical.
I read it on twitter. Probably overall the best job of explaining why we are where we that I’ve read.
Why has Twitter permitted this?
The election was riddled with fraud.
The democrats are fraudulent and Biden is a fraudulent president.
Everyone should read this but DONT trust the democrat media to report the truth.
The media is an arm of the democrat party.
I now wonder how long it has really been like this.
I joined the US Air Force at 18 years old, fresh out of high school and loving my country.
I served 22 years. 7 in Wash D.C. And 11 overseas.
I had no idea then about corruption, the deep state, the elites behind the public faces.
I now think the lie has been with us a long time and is older than me.
However, the scales are now off my eyes and I think the powerful have outed themselves completely to millions of us.
But will they get away with it?
It seems likely.
