Yep, I get to sit with a prospect at a big Oil and Gas company, we own a lot of that yucky carbon fuel systems. I will sit with them for an hour and just ask those questions. See how they react and how they think.
If they get hired they will need to sit with me for 6 months to a year, travel around the country with me to sites all over the USA and Canada. I don’t want to be around them if they are commie lefty scumbags. Our project manager who we travel with all of the time is also very conservative. He is an Air Force vet and a right wing black man. He would be pissed if I hired on a liberal and he had to deal with them all of the time and their stupidity.
Our jobs are hard enough without having a person who is totally against what we do and who we are.
