2. getting a job and staying "clean" and on their own
3. moving in with family who commit to taking care of them.
If they reject or fail in any of those options, send them to

Then annually review their behavior and release them to 1. 2. or 3.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
And they’ve been throwing money at it for decades. Why not just build a huge prison style center and put them there? If you’re found on the streets then thats where you go.

Put homeless shelters in the ritzy neighborhoods where the leftists live; they created the problem, let them deal with it.

Oh they are not just in parks. I was in LA yesterday. Right smack dab on the freeway in Hollywood. Homeless tents surrounding almost every overpass. They’re everywhere you look.
