I’ll bet week to week, some of these folks are stealing $2,000 a week. If I were running a store, I’d put everything behind a glass plate and once you swipe your credit card...you can have the product to put into your basket.

The Walmart in Mt View, CA has a lot of things in locked cages including ordinary products like shave cream and laundry detergent! Same at CVS. Good luck finding the employee who can unlock the cage for you. It’s made shopping at stores even more fun.
It’s driven low-life like Lugo-Romero to become porch pirates because the stores stopped giving them stuff. It must be rough being a porch pirate because you don’t know what you are stealing.
Did he steal the required $951.00 worth of goods it takes to be prosecuted?
