Is it possible that vaccines are being altered? I can see the potential for dosages being adulterated in order to increase profits. Vaccine cartels?
Does Chile permit proven treatment in early stages or as a prophylactic or have they decided hospitalization after the virus has taken hold is the only treatment allowed?

How? If the “vaccines” are failing, how are they better off for having them?
