I doubt any were ‘changed’ because they flooded the counts with forged ballots. Changing a valid ballot would take too long.................

If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed. I have been blessed to work n all of the industries and practices that are used to identify fraudulent documents including Xerox, FileNet and others who invented them
Process flows are a part of all of this and the way the ballots were designed and handled is a key. Allowing Humans to look at a mark in the selection field is specious as they can be printed with the dot filled in perfectly but in the nature of things it is too perfect and no human can do so. To the naked eye it mat seem possible but under a digital scanner it is obvious. Other hallmarks and process artifacts like tri folding ballots mailed to voters create a crease that cannot be removed but is easily detected. No crease no vote, period. And in examining the Post Office process every step in it is scanned and matched to the database they came from at various steps along the way. So the USPS has a database of all the mail they sent out as well as scanned to validate they did it from start to finish.
Other well placed items I will not mention specifically show up readily when a reference item is compared to them, and yes that includes signatures. This technology is not new and is used all the time in companies around the world.
The last leg is the kiosks that provide an interface for voters on premise. They should NEVER be connected to a database real time as there is no reason to do so other than the Media wanting to share tallies and use up commercial time. The units themselves should be secured post voting and a secure process utilized to remove the data on them, period. Databases were also part of my career path and in systems that controlled enterprises as well as locations spread across the world. The mayhem and non alignment of transactional data would create a firestorm at Corporate levels and someone’s head would be removed. I spent almost 3 weeks in Singapore in a situation of this type and I was not allowed to leave until they were happy. I was informed either I fixed it or I would be leaving with the system they had and all other locations around the globe would toss them out as well
All this is truth and I lived in this world for over 40 years. This is indeed a conspiracy with Soros specifically targeting the Secretary of State in all 50 as the race they really counted on as they signed off on the results.

Even though WND championed the White House accreditation of the then-emerging "alternative" news sources, it was smeared as a tabloid news site. They changed the votes in the Dominion Voting Systems then sent the copied ballots to the centers to have a hard copy on file to keep up with the vote count already changed. That's why the shredder trucks were seen days later at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta for Fulton County and at the Jim R. Miller Park & Event Center here in Cobb County. They shredded pallets of actual ballots even some possibly for Biden without even needing to look at them. So you see, they didn't have to change each ballot by hand they did it in bulk and shredded a comparable number of originals in bulk.

Calling people to get out the vote is not illegal. Even if it is out of state.
Running them through several times does not change anything. Each ballot has an individual barcode, that will only be counted once.
Here in CA, I received a text that my mail-in ballot was received, and another when it was counted. Technology that ties each voter and their SSN to a ballot is the best way to avoid any fraud. A very secure system would allow every voter to go online and make sure their ballot was tallied correctly, as intended.
If those affidavits are accurate then there are thousands of identical ballots in storage. Even the densest reporter for CNN or MSNBC would recognize the problem if that were shown to be true.
Therefore, those ballots can never see the light of day again. If they do, the jig is up.
And if they are ever revealed, and counted, and total more than the GA margin of win for Biden, then all hell breaks loose. In other words, those ballots, which I have no doubt once existed, could be the key to breaking a very big logjam in the propaganda press.

That depends on the state. I was in charge of elections in a different state and it was totally different.
With Stacy Abrams’ infamous Consent Decree who know what funny business was built in the ballots and ballot printing to pave the way for future cheating.
After Suzi Voyles and Pulitzer testified to GA senate committee, they made a motion to have the ballots reviewed then (back in December). If memory serves me correctly, judge was supposed to rule on that the following week, but for “whatever reason” it never happened. Many of the reps in that same committee wrote Pence asking for time to review the ballots and and other claims of fraud, but looks like that fell on deaf ears as well.
Same reps tried to also call for a special session since Kemp wouldn’t call one, but could not get enough signatures even though it was majority Republican.
Anyway, since then the legislators who were investigating the fraud and who were most outspoken were all stripped of their committee assignments by the senate chair.
You are way behind the knowledge curve. Our Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, signed off on a consent decree with the Democrat party basically agreeing to not question any signatures or any other impediment to no holes barred election fraud. It especially stings for me because I diligently researched all of the candidates for Georgia Secretary of State and determined that Raffensperger was the best of all and proudly voted for him. What a spineless RINO.
