We still have free speech in this country. (well sorta) They keep pushing their bullshit "policies" and there will be nobody left for law enforcement. Oh well.
What about the officials during the election who wore Biden/Harris shirts?

Doubtful......and Idaho is a pretty Red State, isn’t it? When this first happened I caught a lot of sh*t on here for nor taking his side. I knew this was going to happen to him. It was dumb.
Another department takes him and he’s an instant liability. Anyone hires him and he gets in trouble for any reason, department is sued for, Negligent Hiring. Pure and simple. These days there aren’t many taking that chance.
Everyone can say what they want. Get a lawyer. Stand up. Be loud. Don’t be afraid. Ok.
I don’t agree with what they guy did, in uniform, in his patrol car, because no one really cares. Quick chuckle and that’s the end of it.
But I don’t think it was worthy of termination. That being said it’s sickening that so many politicians, police chiefs and sheriffs are so easy to toss folks away.
Sadly there are cops doing far worse and are able to keep their jobs.
The lesson learned is to post the video with a digital character as the speaker. Geico doesn’t have to worry about the off-camera behavior of an actor when their spokescritter is a digitally created gecko.

While I thought his video was funny and truthful (and in no way racist), he should most certainly not have made it in uniform and in his squad car. That was poor judgment.
I agree that he should not have done it in uniform. That’s where he was wrong.
That is not why he was fired. He was fired for mocking the left.
The only problem with the idea of removing free speech from somebody who is part of an organization is liberal thinking that you shouldn’t have free speech, because you’re a member of society. That’s just an expansion of the idea that you can’t have free speech when part of something.
The only way he would have been fired faster would have been if he criticized a tranny. If you want to know who rules a society, look at who you are not allowed to criticize.

Of course I get it. His mistake was doing it WHILE ON DUTY. I’m not now and never have been a cop so I don’t know if they have similar restrictions to those that apply to the US military about wearing the uniform. Like I said, NEVER GIVE YOUR ENEMIES A LOADED GUN THEY CAN USE ON YOU.
