The Black Panthers, US 1970s version, were famous for killing each other and in fact anybody who worked for them and maybe knew too much. She was probably killed in the modern, political version of gang rivalry. This remake is just following the Panthers, who were nothing but a gang devoted to extortion and self-enrichment and did zero to help black people.

England is a bed wetting anti gunners wet dream. Only the police and military are armed (except for shotguns and those are licensed and locked up). So she couldn’t have been shot. Probably hit by gravel by someone spinning their tires.
