I would think that municipal sewage systems would have problems with dumping large quantities of high pH liquids as they would interfer with the bacterial process used to treat raw sewage. Aren’t the environmentalists having any concern about chemical dumping?
I have chosen to donate my body to a medical school rather than spend thousands on a traditional funeral.

Absolutely nothing! More specifically thought, chemically dissolving a human body creates more air and water pollution than natural decomposition or even cremation.

All I know is, treating our dead with respect is a traditional idea that obviously is so yesterday, and it betrays our lack of respect for human life (the abortion industry, for example). I simply find it offensive as hell that when my Mom dies, her remains could be essentially flushed down the toilet and end up in the waste treatment plant. Dumping remains into sewage plants just seems to me like a slippery slope in the total disregard for human life. And the consequences of that affect all of civil society, which is disintegrating day by day.
You can also be cremated and your ashes compressed into diamonds. Wind up as a pair of cuff links.
I’ve heard about that procedure. It seems a bit creepy to me. If I was given such a pair of cufflinks, I would never wish to see, touch or wear them.
Many find the idea quite appealing.
