We still have about a 15% chance of being sure we have the right vaccine. If people had gotten vaccinated as soon as possible, we would have had a greater percentage of infected who were infected with a non-variant strain. But many people resisted and increased the percentage of variants to 85% in the meantime.

They become a reservoir for variants if they don’t move fast enough. That’s what all the hoo-ha has been about, and instead of understanding how it works, people are calling the effort coercion and propaganda.

I just explained how "vaccine escape" occurs.

It's the disease that escapes and goes about mutating when people don't get the vaccine for the original virus fast enough. The vaccine has stayed the same.

The vaccine is going to have to be changed if this keeps up. The vaccine doesn't change on its own like the virus does.

Nothing protects vaccinated people more than unvaccinated people who get infected and allow the vaccinated people to keep their immunity. The immunity only remains if you are repeatedly exposed.

I want to call it an “experimental biological agent”. I don’t apply the characteristics of a true vaccine to this MRNA shot, like you do. You can continue you to call it “whatever it is”. I was only questioning your use of the term “vaccine”. Obviously the experimental biological agent doesn’t change to keep pace with the changes to the virus. I wasn’t questioning that.

I am still somewhat confused.

So you are saying that if I get a vaccine, unless I come in contact with COVID-19, I am not protected or going to be protected?

However, isn’t it true that if I get the shot, I am not supposed to get sick. So then how would I know if I was exposed or not?

And how would anyone know if they are in need or not in need of booster shots?

Can you please source this...I am not in medical field.

Also, is this exposure requirement just for this RNA vaccine? I don’t think this necessarily works for all vaccines—I have had many vaccines and they were “good” for years, yet I doubt I came into contact with some of the things against which I was vaccinated ... for ex. small pox, polio.

There is no constitutional right to refuse to wear a mask in public.

And yet, there is no Constitutional power granted to government to require people to wear a mask in public. If anything, you can find the Constitutional right to refuse the mask under the Ninth. Or the Tenth.


Scientific studies conclusively demonstrate that masks lessen the spread of COVID.

And yet, almost every mask study done before 2020, when these studies were untainted by the politics and fear-mongering, shows that general wearing of masks does little to nothing against coronaviri or influenza.


From a constitutional perspective, that is just nonsense. There is no right to risk infecting others with a deadly disease.

Not wearing a mask or not getting vaccinated is not equivalent to going around and infecting people on purpose. Attempting to infect someone is the same as attacking them. Not specifically infecting people, when you don't even know if you have it, is nothing.
