said, "95% will be found not guilty, because they just stood around and didn’t do anything of substance"
There is going to be a hefty cost they will have to for lawyer fees. Does anyone know of funding for these poor people.

Here is how it works. Everyone of them will be over charged with crimes that carry long prison sentences. The corrupt prosecutors, and there are plenty (right Bridgirl) will offer plea deals. Those defendants with low tolerance for stress and lawyers who don’t want to work will accept plea deals. They will also regret them later on on life. A few will have good representation and fight. The government will drag the case out by challenging decisions made during discovery in order to drive the defendants legal costs up. Many will also fold at that point. The few who tough it out will have a good chance with a jury, which the government does not want. Best thing is everyone charged stands tall, rejects all deals and go to trial. I’ve been though this, know how it works and am so I sorry I took a deal. I would have wiped the floor with the prosecutor and ruined anothers persons legal career.

And a majority of them will have been invited in by the powers that be. Do you really see a trial where witnesses are called? Where evidence is shown? Where names are given? Plea deals will be given to 475 to rat out 25.

You’re right most just stood around and did nothing or just went in sightseeing. :)

The government will manufacture/”create” false evidence against alot to most of them by doing that in total and/or the government will “add to” the audio and/or video to make it sound like someone said something they didnt, or threw something they didn’t etc.

The only truly guilty ones that day are the government operatives/also BLM and Antifa that broke the windows, junked the offices, etc.

New rules.

If you go to any event turn off your phone BEFORE you leave and use it ONLY in an emergency. DO NOT turn it on until you're home. If you need a phone buy a cheap temp. phone at Dollar General or Family Dollar.

Use a pre-paid debit card or cash for all transactions.

Try to avoid having anyone take your picture.

Don't wear anything that can be used to identify you; signature hat or jacket.

If you're near any trouble move away quickly.

Bring a non-cellphone camera you can use to record the provocateurs.

Antifa gets away with not being caught because they use Black Bloc techniques to hide who they are. They dress the same so, like zebras in a herd, they blend in and can't be identified and singled out.

Sorry. But until we get things straightened out you have to adopt a defensive mode.

no one to help us.

So you've come to the realization that sitting behind a keyboard and bitching is not doing you any good. So you expect someone else to jump in and do it for you? No wonder the silent majority is being run over by a violent minority.

“Court documents show that those charged come from nearly every state, with Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas topping the list in number of residents arrested. Roughly 90 percent of the total charged were men, and their average age was 40...”

This is what scares the living sh!t out of the Democrats and the Deep State. Despite it being a peaceful protest, 90% were young fighting aged men, and most likely white. This time they showed up peaceful an unarmed but if they keep pushing their radical agenda down our throats the next time the protestors may show up armed with all those nasty firearms the left is so afraid of.

Furthermore, many were probably former military with friends still serving which is why they started vetting the national guard afterwards as well as that stupid stand down order so they could begin vetting active military.

The last election was a coup and they are terrified the evidence will come out and they will all be arrested or killed by the peasants. Soooo, let’s have a show trial and frighten the Patriots into submission.

You are brainwashed!! Those people pay for those buildings, etc. out of their taxes.

Any and all trouble caused and people dying etc. was government operatives/and BLM and Antifa doing all that.

They need to self identify as Antifa-BLM and demand that charges be dropped.

I am not joking.

The government paid them to do that, and you know the government protects their own criminals, evil doers, etc.

“The majority of those charged are accused of lower-level offenses, such as entering a federal building without permission and trying to disrupt the official counting of the Electoral College vote for president.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Other charges:
-infelicitous wearing of a pointy horned hat
-egregious taking of selfie portraits
-excessive deference to a velvet rope partition
-inter-room displacement of a lectern or lectern related federal property
-tempting of a federal law enforcement officer to commit unexplainable acts
-unseemly entrance into privileged capitol areas including milling about, peering and/or pointing
-general uppityness
Actually leave the phone at home. Unless you remove the battery, your phone is never really off.
Re: "The majority of those charged are accused of lower-level offenses"
Translation...
95% have been charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, or disobeying a Police order.
Another 4% have been massively overcharged.
The 4% will get lighter prison sentences in exchange for inventing testimony that incriminates the final 1%.
Finally - did I forget to mention that 95% of potential jurors in Washington D.C. voted against President Trump in the 2020 election?
Let us not pretend that everyone behaved themselves that day. They did not. We must be honest. Some got carried away and some were angry. Most were peaceful and did not damage anything nor encourage others to damage stuff.
What is upsetting is the disparate treatment one group is given in comparison to another. The MAGA folks have been detained without bail. The BLM/Antifa folks who rioted at the White House assaulting officers were released on their own recognizance. Their charges were mostly dismissed and they sure did not get the “book” thrown at them like this.
The different treatment both have received is shocking and frankly it should be unconstitutional. They got the Hillary treatment and the MAGA crowd got the Manafort/Flynn/Stone treatment.
