Trump backed DeSantis against the party favorite in the primary... and DeSantis won. That was great. (That said, both men would have made strong governors and both backed Trump... but DeSantis has been amazing.)

I’ve just received a GOP ‘Unity Survey’, which, of course, is a thinly disguised fundraising tool. It starts out with a letter that speaks of how it’s so important to hear from me that they’ve affixed 3 ‘real stamps’ to the return envelope for postage, to ‘get my attention.’
The got my attention, alight. I looked to confirm that there were, indeed, stamps. Yup, they’re real and they’re there — 3 1-cent stamps. I guess I’ll give them my 2-cents worth in return...

There are millions of Americans would would do this, once this “GOP leadership” is found. At the moment, we continue to search. All we find are big talking liars, cheats, and turn-coats (all seriously lacking in leadership qualities yet expect to enjoy the privileges of the title).

That is pretty much their default position since there is no leadership in the GOP. And unless they push hard for election integrity, it won't matter who the GOP runs.
