"The decedent was known to be positive for 2019-nCoV RNA on 4/3/2020. Since PCR positivity for 2019-nCoV RNA can persist for weeks after the onset and resolution of clinical disease, the autopsy result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent PCR positivity from previous infection."

Died of COVID. Quelle surprise...

"No one is bringing up that the two knew each other."

Defense will. Maybe by this time next week, this trial is movin' along.

He’s a lawyer who specializes in stand your ground/self defense cases. He’s litigated those cases and frequently testifies as an expert witness.

Chauvin was a retard...Chauvin murdered the guy regardless. End of story.

Officer Chauvin followed procedure, a procedure to this day that has not been changed. If you're asking Officer Chauvin to break procedure, let him break the procedure of arresting violent drug offenders and instead bring them to your house.

“You can’t justify the knee on neck after that.”

When someone is OD’d on fentanyl I think you are supposed to keep them as still as possible. Regular opiates will render you unconscious before you stop breathing. With fentanyl *especially with speed” you could be fully awake when you “can’t breath”.

This trial is not about what you think is justifiable. It is about determining what caused the death.

I have attached Branca’s podcast link on several posts on this subject but for some reason never thought to make it it’s own post. There is so much ignorance and disinformation in the discussions about this case it’s amazing. Like you said, the knee on the neck has been totally discredited, but so many don’t know that but still want to opine like they’re experts, citing CNN and Washington Post as their sources.

“Should have gotten Ambulance sooner and gone directly to hospital.”

The police called for an ambulance as soon as Floyd said he couldn’t breath. Then they called again with a higher response time. The only way they could have gotten an ambulance sooner would be dispatch it with the police call, which would be counter productive because the medics aren’t coming till they know the scene is safe. As far as going directly to the hospital, I can tell you from personal experience that’s not always the thing to do. In my case, stopping and picking up a medic from another ambulance, instead of going straight to the hospital, probably saved my life.

I’m guessing you’re black and that’s your main focus in life, not the facts of the case. People have told you over and over that you’re wrong and you’re so invested in your fake set of “facts” that you’re unwilling to let it go.

*sigh* I see where this is headed. Chauvin is aquited, and shortly after the civil “violation of civil rights” case will be filed, where he’ll lose, and be asked to pay some MULTI-million dollar fine/penalty/settlement to the family.

I certainly HOPE this isn’t the case, but it’s where I think this case goes.

George Floyd, likely in an effort to conceal evidence before his impending arrest, ingested a dose of fentanyl

And apparently has done that before when approached by police.

They could find a secret video of Floyd choking himself, confessing he is killing himself, write a suicide letter stating he was chocking himself, and the jury will still find Chauvin guilty because theres more fear of riots than putting a white cop in jail.

He would have died if wearing a pink tutu while holding a magic wand.

The prosecution is being led by MN AG Keith Ellison, who is a Nation of Islam (Farrakhan) lover, and an Antifa backer, who hates police. He desperately wants to win this case, although he probably would also accept Minneapolis burning as a consolation prize for losing.

That’s the government that made that payment. They’ll undoubtedly sue Chauvin personally once he’s acquitted.
