Let’s say you were in the position to ask your question, how would you form it for everyone to learn how the tax money is going to be spent?
Off the top of my head I think I'd say "Why is only x% being spent on physical infrastructure while almost $1T is being spent on workforce and innovation/R&D initiatives?
If you limit infrastructure to roads and bridges you give her the out of mentioning things like broadband, water projects, electrical grid, school construction, etc.
I don't think many people object to those things just because they aren't roads and bridges, but they may object to having elder care and business R&D credits in an infrastructure bill.
I still say that pipsqueak didn’t pass 5th grade.
