The states ultimately have the Article V power to amend the Constitution to run federal and state elections any way that they want to.

H O W E V E R…

Evidenced by the ill-conceived 17th Amendment (17A), the states have been asleep at the wheel for the last 100+ years with respect to keeping the feds on their constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited power leash. And we can probably expect misguided people like Warnock to do more damage to the constitutional republic before the states wake up and do something about it.

Post-17A ratification Warnock is unsurprisingly seemingly trying to help unconstitutionally centralize government power in the already unconstitutionally big federal government imo.

It’s probably easiest for the states to start enforcing the 12th Amendment electoral vote process which probably most states are violating in one way or another anyway. Enforcing 12A will hopefully hurt the vote-counting fraud Democrats more than it hurts patriots.

Finally, I believe that we have not seen the last of Trump. In fact, I expect Trump to make the next move to limit the feds to their very limited, constitutionally enumerated powers before the states wake up and do something.
