You all misunderstand. They are spending $500,000 on masks and $85.5 million to BLM contractors to hand them out at $15 per hour. Paid in advance. Plus "walking around" money.

You can make one by folding a cloth napkin into fourths and securing it to your ears with rubber bands around the ends of the napkin. Or, just use a square cotton cloth or a cotton/polyester cloth. I’ve done that because I don’t want to waste a cent on the stupid things that don’t work anyway.
I saw a lady with a bra on her face. Sheput the cups inside of each other and the straps over her ears. Doubt it did much more than provide entertainment.

there is no mask shortage now. Masks are sold at the 99cent store in packs, and every homeless shelter has them to hand out.

Hopefully they will be sensitive and make sure the masks are not WHITE .... brown, black, red, yellow would be appropriate.
Because of my job (working mainly with seniors) were given some “free” masks by our local county — they looked like a pair of cheap nylon womens’ thong panties and were so loose fitting it was almost a joke. I threw them away.

China will manufacture these masks with a 10% kickback to the "Big Guy" (Biden).
There is no other reason to send masks to every American at the taxpayers' expense unless someone is getting their cut of the action.
