It would be interesting to know how many anti-communist South Koreans are in Congress right now.
And did the older members of the Democrat Party condemn Al Sharpton’s “incitement” to violence against Korean merchants in NY City that resulted in them being killed (I recall it was an arson fire against a store/building)?
Not a lot of anti-communist refugees/their kids in Congress either, esp. in the Democrat Party. Wonder why? The same for Cuban refugees/kids. Wonder why?

We live in an asylum and the inmates are running the place.
“Hate” crime is one of most idiotic idea concocted by liberals. A crime is a crime, whether it’s committed because you hated somebody or because you wanted his wallet is totally beside the point.
The policy is specifically directed at Americans of Asian heritage and specifically for the reason that academically those students do exceedingly well as do most Caucasians and Academia has deemed this to be unfair and something that needs to be dealt with.

I also refer to anchor baby trash (mainly Indian kids made here by their H1B Indian parents) there are a lot of these, as well as H4EAD Indian dependent kids, brought here by H1Bs as well.
They should be absolutely no American school rights. With 10 million Indian Green Card holders on the way. Thanks to Biden, Lee and Harris, nope. No benefits in college admissions or college placement.
Any Asian kids (with 1 or more US citizen parents) - Regardless of ethnicity, should be included in this Asian American group.
