I have disliked her ever since she won over Bob Dornan by fewer than 1,000 votes. And she cheated in the election

Pray for our enemies. Wondering, does it still apply when they seem to have become demonic?

“A president who has been impeached twice does not deserve the honours bestowed on a former president,” Sanchez said . An impeachment is just an accusation of wrong-doing, like a grand jury indictment, and has no legal effect without a conviction.
Visualize how Democrats would react if somebody proposed a law mandating some punishment after X arrests, even if the person had never been convicted?
Or even allowing a judge to take into account prior arrest records in sentencing once somebody is finally convicted?

“Two can play that game” Can you see Bush, McCain, Romney, Boehner, or Ryan playing this game. What frightened them the most about Trump, was sensing that Trump was willing to play that game right back at them. And that Trump could get a million of us to show up to back him with just one tweet.

If the criteria apply to only one man, even though not explicitly named, it is a Bill of Attainder, and unconstitutional.Dems are in control of the Executive and Legislative branches and don't care about the Constitution. And SCOTUS does not appear inclined to do anything about it.

Isn’t it true that the House only votes to issue a referral to the Senate or
not, but a president is not impeached until found guilty in the Senate?

Democrats in the House of Representatives have introduced legislation that would prevent former President Donald Trump from having his name displayed on federal projects, buildings, statues, lands, or other type of commemoration. I could support a bill preventing any and all politicians names on anything.

Isn’t it true that the House only votes to issue a referral to the Senate or not, but a president is not impeached until found guilty in the Senate?Technically, Trump was "impeached" twice. Impeachment in the House starts a process including a trial in the senate. Some call this process, an impeachment vote in the House + trial in the senate "impeachment." I think that is a very colloquial, sloppy way to refer something that the Constitution describes in 2 parts: the House part and the Senate part.
In Trump's case, after the second impeachment vote in the House, the trial in the Senate was unconstitutional but they pretended to do it anyway.

Thanks.
The second part I understood.
I think of the House as the grand jury.
I think of the Senate as the true trial.
Just because someone was charged by a grand jury, you’re not a
Convict until you are convicted in a court of law.
Not trying to be argumentative. You may be right, about him being
Impeached In the House. It just seems odd to me.
