Every time Trump gets one of these suits he should make it clear to these turkeys that the list of those who will be deposed includes all the top Dem leadership, e.g., Pelosi, Schumer, et al. plus some of the Republican leadership. Let's see how they like that.
I think every district court uses some type of round robin random judge selector, BUT (and a big one) the Clerk of Court can override that. Legit reasons are common plaintiffs/defendants/case subject. Illegitimate are political corrupt steering.

McConnell, Pelosi, et al are not immune from civil war 2 and military tribunals.

In don’t know how the D.C. District Court has personal jurisdiction over Trump or Giuliani. Neither lives there, and I don’t think either owns property there personally. Trump has a hotel, but that is likely under corporate ownership, and more likely one of his kids is running that now. I would think that they need to file this in Florida or New York.
This is just ankle biting harassment.
There is no way they are going to prove Trump incited folks
