I would say, I swear to God, but that’s a sin, so I’ll just leave with the notion that this guy cannot be taken seriously as an environmentalist. If he also is interested in “clean” power and slowing down carbon farts, nuclear and HYDRO must be part of that mix, or else it is unworkable.

Salmon swimming upstream in a small channel going around the dam. If that reduces a dam’s hydropower efficacy, then I can always drop the idea. I’d rather have the dams than more salmon.
