Well, I do not see that they are playing his speech, just the actions of the DemSoc flying monkeys. The tactics used are the tactics used over and over by “mostly peaceful” protesters throughout this year. As imflammatory as they can make it.

Now debating on impeaching someone that is out of office. ACTING like they are constitutionalist. ALL emotion no teeth of verifying the constitution.
I hope Ashli Babbitt’s family sues to find the identity of ashli’s killer. The video montage the House Managers showed a hand and a gun pointed at the door. On the other side of the door a person fell down. I don’t know if that was Ashli Babbitt or not. It’s interesting the video didn’t show the face of the shooter.
How many USCP are under invest for directly aiding and abetting? I believe it was approaching 2 dozen last time i checked. There is a way to parse this to appreciate their service, and parse this to refute this as a Trump-inspired occupation, AND most importantly parse this to remind those Democrat snowflakes if USCP officers are involved and being investigated, then L O L.
The argument is based on “INTENT”.

NIKK..WEAK argument in my opinion....not a lawyer.
Since intent is a mental state, it is one of the most difficult things to prove. There is rarely any direct evidence of a defendant’s intent, as nearly no one who commits a crime willingly admits it. To prove criminal intent, one must rely on circumstantial evidence.
I was going to watch it but I set that time aside to count how many bird seeds I have left in a semi full 10 lb bag.

Don’t guess I could ever be a Senator or a Rep for that matter. I wouldn’t be able to stay awake during this garbage. And that’s what much of the Congressional discussions are, garbage.
The testimony won't change one vote. 45 Republican Senators are on-record as declaring this circus unconstitutional.
That said it should be interesting what the democrats say is impeachable and when the republicans show tapes of democrats inciting violence.
