Are you referring to proof presented in court, over 95% of which was rejected, or other proof which has not yet been presented for public legal or scientific examination? Furthermore, while some small incidents have been generally recognized as true, none have been considered large enough to have changed the election results. I once asked my husband who was born in Peoria about the activities of the Daley political machine in Chicago. He agreed there was plenty, but that Republican games in Southern Illinois probably balanced it out for statewide elections.
Others, I think including some at FR have suggested a hidden assassin. I did not see what they just showed as I was typing on my laptop. However, I did see earlier views of the shooting as she seemed to be climbing up to get into a broken window. At first they thought she was grazed in the neck as she had some blood there, but then it became apparent that something more severe was affecting her, and she was carried away for medical attention.
I was watching local TV all day Jan 6th. Virginia National Guard and Maryland NG were called out quickly by their governors. DC’s Mayor was unable to do this because DC is not a state and has to get Pentagon approval before DC NG can enter Federal territory. This is one argument for having most of DC be a state eith a governor, with a small Federal territory which has the major public buildings and parklands. Mayor Bowser had requested to use DCNG in the end of Dec. specifically for downtown crowd control. As the need to assist Capitol Police was not part of original permission she had to go through Pentagon again. Some, especially in the Comments section of the link below suggest that Trump’s last minute changes in top military staff may havee accidentally or deliberately messed up a timely response to the riot and invasion of the Capitol.
It is reported that Trumps father was a domineering tyrant, and his mother was severely depressed. Trump has apparently been in struggle with authority (father) from an early age. I read his book “Art of the Deal” 30 years ago. It seems he has a pattern of pushing projects and actions to the edge of failure and then sometimes actually succeeding in rescuing the effort. I think this is a compulsion he cannot help but follow. By picking lawyers who are unlikely to succeed, it makes his success that much more gratifying. I am not a licensed mental health professional, but a did see severely disturbed clients for 10 years whose lives were so messed up they did not have the money or insurance to pay much for help, so I saw a lot or anti-successful human behavior up close. Some have now developed lives that work.
Any effort to punish a private citizen by legislation is an illegal, unconstitutional Bill of Attainder.
