She always plays in open tuning and just barres every chord.
Now, this method would limit any chordal coloring, like 7ths or 9ths, but I guess she doesn’t care.
Dolly’s barres involve only one finger with no ancillary fingerings, and maybe I actually could do that.

No I certainly don’t......chill! If I were to call her vulgar I’d use words like slut, ho or a host of other demeaning words for cheap women. She may not be cheap but she sure dresses like it...get a life and relax will ya???
Even I could play a strumstick if I had 1 iota of musical talent. I gave up on guitar after I first heard Chet Atkins play. I was a cowboy chord genius with Wildwood flower until I heard it done right. Chopped the ends of a couple fingers on left hand about 40 years ago which made it easy for me to give up all together. Still enjoy great guitar and there are tons of them now. Emanuel, Smith, Buster B, Thom Bresh, Doyle Dykes......Plenty of amateurs out there that can play as well. Then there is Classical and the shredders.

I think the bunch of you should get off the ass of a woman trying to do right while finding hatred for whatever she does at every turn. She obviously has a huge heart under her magnificent gift and no other agenda beyond literacy education. Dolly doesn't handcuff herself to fences nor declares herself a dyke. She's a more quiet Chuck Norris that doesn't need to hit you with a fist.
1982 - just flunked out of college and working McDonald’s Murfreesboro Road, Nashville when a tour bus took up most of the lot. Frowsy brown-haired woman came in and said “Honey, I want an Egg McMuffin fresh off the grill.” I said “Miss Dolly you can have whatever we can provide.” She was shocked to be recognized out of the hair and makeup but I assured her I had a voice recognition gift and it’s all good. She pulled her short ass up over the counter and kissed me on the cheek.
