WAPO cites an old election (narrowly won) for state office to tarnish her. IIRC, she became party chair after completing her ‘15 state term.

She’s true to the cause, a doctor, who doesn’t play party politics according to hoyle, which is why the R Gov. Ducey chose McSally to complete a term. She rubs the establishment the wrong way, sometimes.

Thumbs up.

No, he needs to take control of the Republican party.

That cannot ever happen. Trying to reform that group of toadies would be like trying to compromise with the jihadists.

President Trump, who has no further authority in government, it about to be put on trial by a corrupt Senate. He is wise to lay low and prepare for it. Hopefully it will actually occur in two weeks. They could let it hang over his head for two years. The evil of Nancy Pelosi to impeach him at all is terrible but when there was not enough time to have the trial while he was president is even worse.

Been there, done that, tried it for four years as POTUS -the most powerful member of the GOP.

Didn’t work. Since only stupid and insane people keep trying the same things that don’t work, it’s time for plan B.

Agree. Trump tried politics the honest way. Won the primary. Won the WH. In return his own party spit in his/our faces and colluded with Democrats to defeat him and our agenda.

Trump didn’t make these GOP dirty pool political rules but needs to live by them now if he is serious about continuing in politics.

Playing golf at Mar a Lago yesterday.

He had a nice little break. He should register the Patriot Party in all 50 states. Then work with the Republican Party to tighten election laws in the Red States and some "purple" states such as Georgia.

wapo stirring the pot, and many freepers are happy to be stirred.

93-7 to certify a stolen election in the GOP contolled Senate stirs a lot of pots. BTW, nice to see you again.

Its hardly “divisive”. Trump has higher in party approval than Reagan. Its basically 90% of republicans that support Trump and 10% being neocons.

..." starting another party will just ensure that the Dems win."

i'm not ready to concede your point, although I always have in the past.

Trump is not conventional and could draw most of the Rs away from China Mitch and the other establishment Rs.

I'm willing to see how much DjT can pressure them.

I've switched from R to I and am prepared to convert to R for the primaries if necessary. Rs may not realize how close to extinction they are at this point in time.

He was never a good fit for the GOP. But starting another party will just ensure that the Dems win

What makes anyone think that anything can stop the democrooks from winning. I think they found the way to win this time didn’t they?

I don’t agree... He will have massive pull from all three parties. Within months it would be the LARGEST political party.

You folks are missing something-again. The Az. Governorship is up in 2022. So is the McSally/Kelly seat. Keep the good doctor away from the senate race. Let her lose(or win) the Governorship. There could be a conservative wave 18 months from now. She can ride it but put your best efforts into choosing the right senate candidate. Use your heads.

This. He is good at remodeling things, start with the GOP. He knows who to yank out of there now.

To all the naysayers out there, if there was ever a time for a viable third party, this is it. Trump is the dynamic leader who has a chance to make it happen.
