Almost 250 years later, and we’ve managed to exchange one House of Lords for another.

Ol Teddy is trying to appease a failed romance attempt. He must be worried somebody got his ‘Tuesday evening’ calendar...

Democrats are complaining that black protesters would not have been treated the same as the people who went into the Capitol. If only the cops had stood aside and let the BLM into the Capitol building the other day and let them do whatever they wanted. Then we would see which groups really are violent.

“Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz slammed the rioters Tuesday who rifled through his papers in his desk on the Senate floor when the Capitol was breached on Jan.6.”

I once had a person, or persons, breach into our home and rifled through our stuff. They even broke some of my wife’s family dishes that were in a box.

The police yawned. Of course we were not important people; just tax payers.

At least they did not set fire to it.

“From this same sacred space They easily send trillions of dollars to facilitate death and mayhem around the world so why the fear at a few idiots who do not trust machines to handle their votes?”

In 2002 the GOP voted overwhelmingly for the ‘authorization of force’ resolution, prior to the invasion of Iraq.

House Republicans voted 215-6 for war.(96%)

Senate Republicans voted 48-1 for war.(98%)

We should’ve had these kind of margins on the stolen 2020 election.

Republican Party 2002- Lets use the U.S. military to search for World War 1 technology, all over Mesopotamia.

Republican Party 2020- Lets pretend Trump wasn’t robbed.

Cruz has a demeanor that oozes insincerity. He is smart, and polished, but comes off as a used car salesman.

You weren't on FR in 2002. Support for the war was very high on this forum.

Was she supposed to be on the floor of the senate when she heard this? Again just because you’re a journalist doesn’t grant you access.

I think the reference is to Cruz’s desk in the Senate Chamber. And these don’t sound like Antifa.

Your lack of attention is not evidence of a lack of an event. :)

Politicians are the lowest form of human life..........more specifically, sub-human forms of life.

They get into politics b/c that’s where the real money is....plus they have unlimited access to females dying to (cough) work under them.
