I had to look and I think, that the algae was scraped? brushed? off the back of the manatee to form the word. It seems it would have taken some time to do. Bad people.

Let me be the first to say I truly believe Trump swam up to the manatee and scrawled his name in it just like antifa grafitti a wall. I know he was also secretly handing out bats at the Capitol (of course he was in costume!). I believe he secretly visited Kenosha at night and supplied gas to those lighting fires and we all know worst of the worst he sat in Pelosi’s office and lit up a cigar (first time) and perused her laptop then decided “eff it I’m taking it!”...finally I know for a fact he was the one taking Hunter’s pics for him- cmon he needed a camera man!!! ...do I really need a sarc here?

Well, they’ll have to make that horrible inscription illegible somehow, or the poor manatee will be ostracized and probably lose its livelihood. It might very well be harassed and physically assaulted by antifa manatees.
