I had a FB post about home remedies, from my SIL, a retired VA RN head, she probably didn’t look any thing up most she should have known. I did, don’t like what I read lots of bad advice: Pepcid is antacid junk, not for leg cramps that would be Script Potassium, ton of fruit, avoid dairy, pork. Magnesium has to be Citrate. Fluids might be fine if Electrolytes were higher than Gator Aid, Pharmacies now carry a make your own IV powder.
Didn’t take into account Diabetics, HEART, OR GI PATIENTS. I sleep in a reclining bed because of Enlarged heart makes it harder to breathe. Sleep in recliner often. What bothered me more were these 2.
